- Mugasha Donvan Chief Executive
Mugasha Donvan has a long business experience in Uganda dealing with several small and medium enterprises for over 7 years. He has competencies in Marketing, Company strategy and Structuring, business administration and development. - Mahuku Gideon Head of Operations
Mahuku Gideon is a pragmatic strategist that is very result oriented. A skill developed in the long working experience with several business enterprises. He has experience with managing inventory, human resource, asset base for companies, and monitoring and evaluation for projects and programs. - Mishera Kabenge Head of Finance
Mishera Kabenge is a graduate Economist from Makerere University. With a keen interest in Financial Planning, Business Statistics, Credit and Debt management and Investment Analysis, he has built experience in providing financial advice for business enterprises to help manage finance of the enterprise. - Mugenyi George Head of Business Development
Mugenyi George is a graduate in Commerce from Makerere with competencies in Accounting, Management, Risk Analysis and Market Research. He has been working with both SMEs and large corporations over a period of 10 years. - Ahiira Julian Head of Marketing
Ahiira Julian has competencies in marketing, accounting, financial management, business development and administration, business research and computing, entrepreneurship and leadership development all of which he has grasped through experience and education. He has worked as a marketer for several years supporting several small business enterprises and owners establish a niche within the markets they serve. - Edward Matovu Head of Corporate Communications
Matovu Edward made a transformative shift from Natural Sciences to Business bringing along a 5 years experience in resource use and management conflict resolution along with him. Communication comes almost naturally for Mr. Matovu. He also has developed extensive knowledge in the operations of small and medium enterprises and knowledge in Entrepreneurship and leadership management skills.

Local advisors
- Dr. Adea Maxwell
Dr. Adea is a Microfinance specialist currently working as an advisor to the Ministry of State for Microfinance. He has extensive experience in the field of Microfinance and has helped in designing the current framework for which Microfinance in Uganda is operating. He has attained a doctorate in Microfinance from the United Kingdom and went on to lecture in four different universities in the UK. - Omeke Micheal
Omeke is a don of Economics and Statistics at the Kyambogo University. He also has experience in consultancy in the filed of Microfinance. - Olanya Jimmy
Olanya is the Country Director of the JECON Consulting Group and former Executive Director of Uganda Bankers Institute. He also has experience in Microfinance Management; Credit Management; Accounting; Financial Management and Control; Operation; Marketing; Training Needs Assessment; Trainings; and Project Formulation, Management and Appraisal. - Denis Lindo
Lindo is the Chief Executive of the Small and Medium Enterprises. He has extensive knowledge in operations of SMEs. He is a motivational speaker and business coach for several business people. - Dr. Mutende Shinyabulo
Dr. Mutende is a former investments officer with the Uganda Investments Authority with a Doctorate in Economics from the University of New York where he also lectured for a number of years. He was a coordinator of the Annual Presidential Investors’ Round Table and a former member of the Petroleum Working Group in Uganda. He is also a financial consultant with extensive experience in investment analysis. - Solomon Kagaba
Kagaba is operations manager at the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Uganda. He has extensive knowledge and experience in research, marketing, and business administration. He is also a consultant in the area of microfinance and has been part of the working groups that developed several laws governing the industry in Uganda.
Foreign advisors
- Emiel Eijdenberg, M.Sc., The Netherlands
Emiel obtained a BSc degree in Business Administration, an MSc degree in Marketing and an MSc degree in Business Administration on the topic of entrepreneurship in developing countries. All which have been obtained at the VU University in Amsterdam. Emiel is an expert in statistical programmes such as SPSS and ArcGIS which concern market research, consumer and business marketing, geomarketing, and entrepreneurial behavior. Emiel is affiliated with PPG Industries, a multinational company in the field of chemicals and paint. - Xander Groesbeek, M.Sc., The Netherlands
After successfully obtaining both a BSc degree in Business Administration and an MSc degree in Marketing at the VU University, an MSc specialization into Entrepreneurship in developing economies led Xander to work, volunteer, and research entrepreneurial behavior in Uganda. His specializations entail project management, both offline and online marketing skills and a good understanding of overall business dynamics.
